This Cookie Policy explains how Frametion (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit frametion.com, browse our marketing pages, or use the browser-based editor at /app/. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and scripts that help a website remember preferences or understand how it is used. Some technologies are essential for basic operation, while others support analytics, performance measurement, or advertising.
How Frametion uses these technologies today
Frametion is designed to keep the marketing site lightweight and the editor focused on local browser workflows. Under the current product behavior:
- the public marketing site does not require cookies for account login, checkout, or subscription flows because those features are not offered;
- the editor may use browser storage for interface preferences supplied by its runtime, such as panel layout or editor settings;
- images you upload for composition, preview, and export are handled in your current browser session and are not stored by Frametion as cloud project files.
Types of technologies that may be used
Depending on how you use the site, the following categories may apply:
- Strictly necessary storage required for basic site delivery, security, or essential editor functionality.
- Preference storage that remembers interface choices in your browser so the editor feels consistent between visits on the same device.
- Analytics technologies that help us understand traffic, performance, and reliability if an analytics integration is enabled.
- Advertising technologies that may be used only if an advertising integration is explicitly configured by the site operator.
Marketing website
Our static marketing pages are intended to be browsed without creating an account. Because Frametion does not currently operate a sign-in or payment flow on the marketing site, we do not rely on cookies for those purposes. Basic technical logs may still be generated by our hosting infrastructure as part of normal website operation.
Browser-based editor
The Frametion editor runs in your browser and may store certain preferences locally so controls, panels, and interface state can be restored during later visits on the same device. The editor does not provide cloud account storage or synchronize editor projects to a Frametion-operated server under the current product behavior described on this page.
You can clear stored editor preferences at any time through your browser settings. Doing so may reset interface choices but does not delete exported files already saved on your device.
Optional third-party services
Some optional services may place their own cookies or use similar technologies if they are enabled later, including:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics or comparable performance and traffic measurement tools;
- advertising integrations such as Google AdSense;
- embedded content or tools provided by third-party platforms linked from Frametion.
These integrations are disabled unless explicitly configured by the site operator. If they become active, this policy will be updated before that use is presented on the site, and the relevant provider’s own policy will govern its technologies.
Your choices and controls
Most browsers let you block, delete, or limit cookies and local storage. You can usually manage these settings in your browser’s privacy or site-data controls. Please note that blocking all storage may affect editor preferences or other convenience features that depend on local browser state.
If you are located in a region that requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will present appropriate controls before those technologies are activated when they are introduced.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to those signals, Frametion does not currently alter its behavior solely based on a Do Not Track header.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect product, legal, or technical changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be presented on the site before they take effect where required by law.
